Would a blepharoplasty revision be able to change where my crease sits? (Photo)

Hi, about six months ago I got eyelid surgery for my hooded eyelids. I'm unhappy with where my crease is after surgery. I'm mainly bothered by where it sits in the inner corner. Ideally, I'd like the space between my eye and crease to be bigger and I wish that the crease wasn't so close to the eye itself. I drew a rough example of what I wish it looked like. Is this possible with a revision?

Yes, it is possible to increase this space. It can be done with revisional blepharoplasty but another option is an endoscopic forehead lift. The key is to find a surgeon who really wants to carefully listen to your concerns. I am concerned that if you simply lift the medial area as you have drawn, you will ultimately be dissatisfied. A forehead lift will allow the entire brow complex to be supported. These issues should be explored in a detailed in person consultation. Do try to work this out with a surgeon over Zoom. Your eyes can be your best feature.

To make an assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we always need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
The before pictures will tell us where your crease should be.
The appropriate distance of the crease to the eyelashes depends on each person’s Genetic makeup.
Asian people tend to have a low crease and Scandinavian have a high crease. You can lower the crease , but once the incision has been made, you can’t add skin and raise it higher.
Attempting to create the changes, you are hoping for is going to be difficult.
Any revision at this point should probably only be done by a highly experienced oculoplastic surgeon.
Personally, I would be apprehensive to revise.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your provider to forward the pictures they took.
