How effective is inversion therapy for hair loss/blood circulation for the scalp?

I've been reading a lot that inversion therapy (laying on an incline board for up to 10 / 20 minutes per day) does wonders for increasing blood circulation to the scalp/follicles. Is this true? Could it help to bring oxygen/nutrients to follicles and help to slow down, or help to grow hair (in conjunction with all of the other available therapy's such as Propecia and Minoxidal?

Answer: Laying upside down will not help with hair growth. Reading about these things on the Internet does not mean it is true.
