The helix does not curve down is there any way this can be done? Also can the top part of my ear be moved closer to my head?

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us  You have a prominent ears due to poorly defined anti helix superiorly and deep conchal bowl. it is straightforward otoplasty to do under local anesthesia. Choose a board certified plastic surgeon and you should be fine. Good luck

The delightful thing about ears is their variety even in the same individual. Before embarking on what's "wrong" with your ear please keep in mind that this is s completely cosmetic operation intended to improve appearance and not function but which is associated with some risks. From yiur our photos it appears the superior crus is poorly defined. This is a straightforward correction with permanent to sculpting Moustarde stitches which would both accentuate the crus and tilt the upper ear closer to the head. In addition your conchal bowl is a bit too deep projecting the mid ear forward. That too can be addressed with a small rim resection of the cartilage which would make it more superficial and rotate the mid ear toward the head. The UK has great Plastic surgeons.
