Is one nipple Pointing sideways ? (photos)

Nipple position is a function of the width of the implant and its placement on the chest wall.  Narrower implants placed medially may result a more laterally appearing nipple.  Overall your implant size and placement looks fine and you need to give your results more time for swelling run its course..  

Placement of your breast implant can affect nipple look. Most patients and I prefer to center the implant on the anterior chest wall. If the implant is centered on your nipple that would create arm pit breast. Most of my patients do not want arm pit breast. Your breast will continue to change shape and the implants usually lateralize over time. Good luck...

Please wait. you just had surgery and there is a lot of swelling. Your before pictures are important for comparison. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

The simple answer is yes, but it is meaningless at this time.  You will want to wait for everything to settle because the shape and look will change over the next 2-3 months.  Follow up with your plastic surgeon and express your concerns.  Good Luck, Dr. Schuster in Boca Raton
