I recently got a mole biopsied on my breast. It was twice the size of an eraser, and required a few stitches. I had the stitches removed after 10 days, and my wound reopened a little so I have steri strips now. I'm just wondering if I'm okay to sleep on that side of my breast without harming it considering the wound opened. They didn't tell me.

Answer: Mole excisional biopsy with stitches sleeping question
That is a very large injury and will take a while to heal. I would recommend keeping it moist with vasaline or aquaphor until the entire surface has stopped scabing. The best thing would be to see a local physician and follow their advice since they will be able to ensure no infections or other...
The repeated trauma will probably result in a scar. After two weeks of antibiotic you have option of totally removing the lesion but the repeated trauma has increased the choice of scarring.
