I tweezed off a mole on my leg, allowed it to heal for 2-3 days, then tweezed that off again. Should I be concerned? (Photo)

Hi. I tweezed this mole off (tweezers were washed with soap). Next day it felt like a mild bruise, but I put on antibiotics ointment and it was pretty thin and tame, with a beige/puss color. About 2 days later I got chappy and I tweezed that part off as well. Then it got thicker and felt like a black&blue. I went to see a dermatologist yesterday who gave me mupirocin ointment to put on twice a day for 2 weeks. However it feels very painful, is that normal and will it heal? Also how will it heal?
