Would micro needling help with enlarged pores on my nose? The skin on my nose is already quite thick and what i don't want is for this procedure to make my skin on my nose thicker.

There isn't anything that actually reduces the pore size, but procedures that increase collagen around the pores will make them look smaller. Microneedling stimulates collagen production and works well for this, as well as for scars and overall skin texture improvement. There are stronger microneedling options that include radiofrequency with the needles, so if you don't see the desired effect with microneedles alone, you could boost the strength of your procedure.
