Just had PRP with microneedling. Face very red. What is the best way to treat my face now to heal faster?

Hi @jennygao23! I would recommend avoiding microneedling around active acne to prevent the spread of bacteria. However, if you are doing RF Microneedling like Morpheus 8, you are able to get this procedure done with active acne. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
