4.5 months post FUE transplant. Have I lost a graft after it got infected? Worried (Photo)

I had my FUE done over 4 months ago and over the last month there has always been one graft That's tender and in like a crater looking hole. Last week I noticed a large flame of skin sticking out with the graft. So I removed that to find the graft was infected. Shoud this happen at 4 months? Anyway I treated it with raw Manuka honey and saline and it cleared in 2 days. Today i noticed and the 4 hair graft was shed. I am worried as to if I have lost this graft permanently. There's a crater left.
