Safe to pluck transplanted hair from hairline? (Photo)

It is very difficult to fix a bad hair transplant.  You need to see a doctor for an examination to see what can be done.  Plucking your hairs will not likely solve your problem.

It is tough decision but I will suggest you to do nothing and to return with your original surgeon or to look for a 2nd opinion. My best advise is do not touch or pluck more hairs, let the hairs grow and the redness goes away. If you have a unnatural hairline 10-12 months after the surgery then a 2nd and corrective surgery can be performed but you need to avoid more scarring in recipient area. I won't suggest SMP. Good luck. 

If you keep plucking the grafts, sooner or later the hair will not return and in those grafts that you pluck you will eventually kills these hairs.
