Safe to pluck transplanted hair from hairline? (Photo)

I am 6 months post-op from an awful transplant that left me feeling incredibly depressed and disfigured. The hairline I received was very straight with a ridiculous widows peak, completely unnatural! I've been avoiding formal events and wearing hats ever since. Today I plucked the hairs to bring the hairline back. I've decided on electrolysis + SMP, but am concerned I'll be left with permanent scars/marks. Is this a legitimate concern, or will the 'shocked' follicles eventually settle?

Tanning should not harm your transplanted hair but it may discolor the wound or scalp or affect the healing process.

It is normal to shed transplanted hairs weeks after surgery.  The new hairs may take 6 to 12 months to grow.

If you are having issues after surgery with pain and tenderness it is best to contact your doctor for an examination and possible treatment.

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.Your photo looks like a typical surgery but with so scabbing. Please follow your doctor's recommendation on proper washing.

It would not be possible to diagnose or understand why you are experiencing these symptoms.  You may want to find a neurologist if you believe you have trigeminal neuralgia.
