I am 6 months post-op from an awful transplant that left me feeling incredibly depressed and disfigured. The hairline I received was very straight with a ridiculous widows peak, completely unnatural! I've been avoiding formal events and wearing hats ever since. Today I plucked the hairs to bring the hairline back. I've decided on electrolysis + SMP, but am concerned I'll be left with permanent scars/marks. Is this a legitimate concern, or will the 'shocked' follicles eventually settle?

Answer: It is very difficult to fix a bad hair transplant. You need to see a doctor for an examination to see what can be done.
