Keloid scarring on the supra-tip - how can I resolve this? (Photos)

I had my original Rhinoplasty on the 27th of October 2022 Following this I think my results were showing a lot of swelling and scarring. The tip of my nose was very heavy and bulbous. I then had my first kenalog injection on the 14th May 2023. The result was amazing and I was over the moon. Around January 2024 I noticed my nose to swell more and become bulbous again. I then received a second dose of injections around summer time of 2024. This resolved the issue again temporarily, however the nose still started to grow back...Following this my original surgeon advised that he will inject a second sparing dose, but that this is the last avenue he was willing to try. This summer (2025) in August I received a third round of injections which I was hoping will be the last set and will fix the issue. Unfortunately my nose has since become bulbous again. I attach my most recent pictures - number 4 is post injections in August, a result I was very happy with. Number 5 is my current situation. Any thoughts of resolution? Any general ideas?
