I do take a Xanax .25 to help with my fears. The needle does not scare me at all and there is no pain for me at all. I just worry about the actual Botox safety. I just automatically think I am going to be on a ventilator for 2 months. An irrational thought but could you please attempt to help me. I just need some positive thoughts to replace negative ones please. Also I have never had a rash or anything negative. Just negative thoughts about dying from this.

There is no theoretical reason that Botox would cause cramping but everyone reacts differently. The goods news is that it is not a serious side effect and will dissipate once the botox wears off in 3 months. Nothing you can really do to speed up the duration of effects. Either try a different...
