I got jumped,got a black eye, and never went to the hospital. It's been a year and now my eyelid has scarring and it shuts before my left eye. Can I fix it?

If you want a proper assessment, then I suggest scheduling in person, consultations with plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, or perhaps better oculoplastic surgeons.
