I have lower eyelid retraction revealing scleral show and negative canthal tilt. My primary goal is to have my lower lid raised and for my tilt to go from negative to neutral I've attached pictures which show the issue. In the first 2 pics, my eyes are relaxed and as you can see, my eyes look downturned. In pics 3 and 4, I am squinting my eyes, and my eyes look a lot better that way. I have hooded eyes, but I don't want to do anything to make them not hooded.
