It is very important to understand that the diameter of the implants contributes to symmastia, not just the way the pocket was created. For that reason, symmastia repair often includes downsizing implants to ones of the right diameter. Whether or not this is needed in your case depends entirely on your individual situation so specific advice online is not going to give you an answer.

I'm not certain I understand your problem but if you truly have synmastia I can't see the wisdom in exchanging for bigger implants. The usual strategy is to use smaller implants.

When correcting a pocket issue for bottoming out or symmastia it is often best to downsize to accomodate the correction.

Generally speaking, I think that it is in your best interest to wait at least 6 months after your previous surgery before undergoing revisionary breast surgery. This time period will allow the breast implant capsule to thicken and, in my experience, hold suture better during the capsulorraphy repair.  Also, generally speaking, the priority should be repair of the implant malposition/displacement, not increasing breast size significantly. Increasing breast implant size significantly during the surgical correction of symmastia procedure will expose you to a greater likelihood of recurrence of the breast implant malposition problems.
