I am going to do a breast augmentation and have met different surgeries and they recommend 650cc or more for best results. I want big boobs but not too much! I have a full C cup at the moment. 13.5 in width on the breasts and 300cc of own tissue. I have a little hang on my chest and would like to avoid breast lift. I want a natural lifting of the implant. I am 167cm tall and weigh 65kg. I don't know if I should choose Motivas or Mentors new implants.
Answer: Implant size Dear roxibell, Breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Is 650cc too big for me at 167cm tall and 65kg? The optimal implant size, shape. and texture depends on many different factors that can be determined during an in-person consultation. These factors include chest wall measurements, skin elasticity, your desired results, and the skills and techniques of your surgeon. An implant would appear differently on two different individuals because each would have a unique chest wall measurement. The best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination and a detailed discussion of your surgical options.

Answer: How large is too big? Hi there650cc are massive implants for someone with your frame with breasts your size. They will be large, wide, tall and heavy. I suggest you consider this carefully as large implants like this will cause issues over time with dropping and stretching of your tissues. Good luckDr Mark Hanikeri MBBS FRACS Perth Specialist Plastic Surgeon
