I'm a 5' and 45kg and currently on A cup without fulling the cup.Thinking to do 275cc or 290cc motiva ergonomix. I don't want it to appear too big on me as I'm petite and prefer a more natural look. Which cc will be more recommended for me? Or do i need to get 2 sizes as one side of my breast is smaller. If there are photos on 275 and 290cc pls share with me! Thanks!
Answer: Want a B cup Most patients would not be able to discern the differece between 275 and 290 cc. A number of factors must be considered when choosing the correct implant for a patient, most importantly how you want your breast to look. In my opinion, only your surgeon has the knowledge and experience to do this ,and it is their responsibility to do so. A patient should not have to experience preoperative anxiety over implant selection.

Answer: Sizing Hello there Even on a petite girl such as yourself a 20cc difference is too small to perceive .So either one of those will do just fine .Having a sizing session with the Vectra 3D is very useful as it can quantitate any asymmetry and show you what each size will look like .CheersTS

Answer: Implant size Dear Cute2967, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breast augmentation Wow, wow wow........ "Thinking to do 275cc or 290cc motiva ergonomix..." based on what exactly? Dr. Google? The danger of the Internet is that it has made people think that they are capable of diagnosing themselves then prescribing the technique that they need to achieve the result that they think they want. This business has made us professionals totally irrelevant, mere vessels to give people what they come in demanding! My dear lady, just go to a reputable plastic surgeon and voice clearly what it is that is making you unhappy with your breasts, then sit back, relax and LISTEN (this is a novel concept in this day and age). If you are not satisfied, go for another consultation. The easiest way for an unscrupulous practitioner to gain your trust would be to tell you "....I think you need 275cc or 290cc motiva ergonomix....." Good luck.
