Question

I am having 600cc h.p Motiva (under muscle) implant surgery in around 8 weeks. I am looking for a large breast size, and I am currently a 32DD sometime an E cup size although I have a slight droop and uneven breast size just now, and I am looking for very round full breasts will a 600cc H.P implant be enough? the plastic surgeon said it will give me look I want but will it even out my breast? and nipples enough? will putting it over muscle be better for me? just don't want to wish I went bigger help! :)

thank you very much for your questionIt is difficult to comment accurately without consulting in person and also given that we cannot see your breasts properly exposed and your arm raised.Nethertheless you should do well with this plan and I am sure this has been explained to you in detail.My only concern is an expectation that a breast augmentation will 'even out' your breast and nipples. If there is a significant size discrepancy then your surgeon will suggest symmetric implants. However, please remember it is normal to have a degree of asymmetry.Perhaps you could express this to your surgeon just to make sure you are on the same page.Good luckPaul Banwell (London)PS You have choses well with Motiva implants as they are probably the most advanced implant available today
