If I shift from minoxidil to regain, would my hair shed again?

I am right now using topical solution 5% minoxidil given by advance hair studio. But I want to shift to rogaine. So if I shift will my shedding phase will start again

Rogaine is a brand name for 5% minoxidil.  There is no difference other than the cost and the name.  It contains the same drug.

Hi Abhi1989,Minoxidil 5% topical solution is the generic name of Rogaine 5% topical solution.  So it is quite alright to switch between the two products.  I do caution to make sure the product from advanced hair studio is in fact minoxidil 5% only and doesn't have other herbs or chemicals for stimulating hair growth or you may experience a little change in the hair.  Otherwise, switching between brand and generic is fine.

Rogaine is minoxidil, just the brand name for it.You can easily switch from the generic to the brand name and visa versa.
