I have polycystic ovaries and bad,persistant acne. My derm says that the best option for me is a low dose isotretion course along with the oral contraceptive diane 35.i took diane 35 once,many years back and i remember i broke out more on it..wont it interfere with the efficacy of isotroin if i take it now ?kindly help.
