Diane 35 along with isotretinoin?

I have polycystic ovaries and bad,persistant acne. My derm says that the best option for me is a low dose isotretion course along with the oral contraceptive diane 35.i took diane 35 once,many years back and i remember i broke out more on it..wont it interfere with the efficacy of isotroin if i take it now ?kindly help.

Whether you take Diane 35 or not is up to you and your dermatologist. But if you are a female of child-bearing potential you need to be on 2 forms of birth control anyway if you're taking Accutane. So you might as well make one the Diane 35 that might help you hormonally. "This
