3.5 months post FUE hair transplant. How much hair should grow?

As I said,it has been 3.5 months post op fue. I am concerned about the hair growth. The transplanted hairs are thin and the shedded hairs have still not started growing. I smoked marijuana this month a few times also. But how much hair should grow at the end of 3.5 months?
