I had surgery 2 years ago. Before my nose was leaning to the left side, after rhinoplasty it was straight, but after 2 years it shifted back to left side, is this because of cartilage memory? Would a 2nd rhinoplasty help or would it shift back to the left side again after a few years?

Hi @jh1022. I am sorry you are not happy with your rhinoplasty results. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. Best of luck, Dr. Nima.
The lower third of your nose appears swollen, and your nose will look better when your swelling is resolved. If you want to "add more" volume to your nose when your swelling resolves, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered, depending on your examination. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
