I have a pocket of fat or skin under my armpit. Commonly known as bra fat. I've lost 40 pounds, my BMI is 19. I still have a fat roll on this area. I'm not sure if it's loose skin or fat. I do have breast implants that emphasize this issue. Is there any way to treat it? I was thinking kybella or something similar, but since I have a low fat percentage, I do not know what that pocket is. What are my options?

If it is as small as it appears, then it can probably be done in the office under local anesthesia for $1200-$1500. The only concern I have is whether it is fat that can be suctioned, or is it excess skin that needs to be excised.
