What are risk factors for late-onset immune reactions to fillers? Can this reaction point to other issues with immune system?

Hi. Are there any risk factors associated with immune reactions to filler causing late-onset swelling? I have been reading that late-onset reactions and I am wondering if this points to other problems with the immune system. If your immune system attacks the fillers would it be attacking other aspects of your body as well or is the filler reaction usually random and localized? Thank you.
