Dear Mary2012UT,your anatomy, amount of transferred fat, loss of fat after the surgery can all affect the BBL results. You can get all the information after consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. You might expect the desired look if you have enough fat tissue to be transferred, but it is really hard to tell without any photo or examination.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. First of all I would like to point out that the women in the pictures you've shown or extremely thin.None of them would be candidates for a Brazilian because they do not have enough subcutaneous fat for the procedure.People have to except the body they were born with and understand that only certain improvements can be made. For transfer to the hips is generally only mildly successful at best. This is because women with flat hips do not have enough tissue to six for the graft fat into.If you're as thin as the women in the picture and want a bigger bottom you will most likely have to choose implants.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.

I have never used a drain after liposuction in thousands of cases. I'm not quite sure what the rationale is behind drains in liposuction. Most patients have problems because of inadequate fluid so draining the fluid certainly doesn't help. This fluid should be absorbed by your body naturally. ...
Patients will commonly wonder what the effects of liposuction will be on their weight and more specifically their ability to gain or lose weight in treated and untreated areas. After puberty, an individual will have the same population of fat cells for the remainder of their lives (barring an ...
