I just had a PRP session done at a doctors office with a nurse. My question is with my blood draw they placed it into tubes that are used for blood tests ( the nurse told me this) She said they use the blue cap tubes or the yellow cap tubes depending. My question is, is this a normal process to place in tubes used for actual blood testing? Or is it usually done in sterile tubes with nothing added to them?
