Have you ever performed J Plasma on the body for body contouring?

I developed J-Plazty, the subdermal J-plasma treatment specifically for skin tightening of the neck and body.  We have performed hundreds of cases with excellent results and no complications. I train other surgeons on this new minimally invasive skin tightening technique which is becoming increasingly popular since no other laser, ultrasound or radiofrequency treatment can tighten skin this safely and effectively. We can treat the face, neck, and anywhere on the body where there is loose, crepey, sagging skin. My patients have seen incredible results with very minimal downtime (1-2 days). In my practice, the procedure is done in-office and we use local anesthesia so you are awake and able to recover quickly. There are tiny incisions made where the cold plasma device will be inserted and applied to the underside of the skin. Results are seen immediately and continue to improve as you heal. The J-Plazty Body Procedure takes about an hour and patients can expect initial tightness in the treated area, pain is minimal and can be lessened with an over-the-counter pain reliever. Patients wear a compression garment for improved comfort. Mild swelling and bruising can take one to two weeks to resolve, however most patients are able to resume normal activities as early as one day post procedure. Thank you for your questions about J-plasma. J-plasma is a great procedure For skin tightening that exceeds ultrasound liposuction and radiofrequency alone. It is routinely done with a combination of Ultrasound to begin the operation to create some space for the gas to go into. Next liposuction is done On a case-by-case basis, But does not need to like in your case were you have no fat. Typically it as invasive as liposuction. The recover is typically about the same as it is for liposuction But ultimately depends on how much liposuction is done or if any is done. I personally have seen nothing like this for skin tightening.It's great for those people that are not ready for a surgical intervention but want as much skin tightening as possible Without the downtime, without the scars, or without the recovery. It can be done Anywhere on the body were You can have access to do a procedure liposuction. You may have some discomfort that is anywhere from 1 to 3 days in my experience. J-plasma is a true paradigm shift in body contouring and plastic surgery. 
Previously we have had: (1) liposuction, where skin shrinkage is passive, following fat removal. No lipo device has been shown to be TRULY(significant) effective at shrinking body skin; (2) excisional body contouring surgery, and (3) over the last 5-6 years---an area I helped innovate and define--- non invasive skin tightening(Ultherapy and Profound).
Dr Zamora serendipitously discovered J-plasma's ability to shrink skin on the neck and then the abdomen. We are good friends and he introduced the technology to me. I subsequently pioneered it's use on the body, areas include: arms, armpit skin, back and bra strap, hip and flank, breast, abdomen, thighs, knees, buttock and calf and ankle. We are both clinical and research instructors for Bovie Medical.
The helium plasma is a low heat modality that shrinks the supportive subcutaneous tissues, tightening the skin. It is safe(based on it's history with other clinical indications) and in my experience works by a mechanism that shrinks skin on the table as well as post opertively, allowing one to shape, contour and tighten skin.
To date my experience as well as that of my patients has been as close to 100% positive as is possible in medicine. The recovery is generally described as easier than lipo(70%) and slightly worse(30%); there have been no significant complains of pain.
