What's the best option for some irregularities above the knees: BodyTite, ThermiRF or Cellulaze?

I am 1m72, 115 lbs, I sport a lot 26yo. Had botched lipo 8 years ago, I was a model, needed to get rid of little saddle bags, then 109lbs. The surgeon was bad and decided to do my entire leg during surgery. My knees where 'empty' and with bumps. I gained weight for a fat transfer, which I had to the knees, but now they are just a bit too fat + some irregularities. Laserlipo is too strong, it would remove to much fat, I feel like tightning + melting a tiny bit of fat could give the right result.
