I have fluid build up in the sacral area after trumecent liposuction and tummy tuck. It's been 5 weeks. Dr aspirated 2X and again it's building up. He put more foam to give compression. I'm wearing a waist band 24/7. now the fluid is building up a little bit higher and is painful. Will this be absorbed by my body? Does he have to keep on aspirating? Will this cause harm to my spine? Maybe heat pads or creams like aspercream? What sleep position? Anything??

Answer: Lipo combined with tummy tuck leads to seroma
The combo of tummy tuck and liposuction is allowing fluid to build up.A suction drain can be placed to remove the excess fluid an help heal the internal healing edges together.
Its likely your heart rate was elevated from the pain. 130 bpm is not that fast, people go way higher when they do cardiovascular exercise. Best, Dr. Emer.
It
is too early to judge the outcome. You may be doing too much. If
you exercise and the swelling gets worse, you need to give it more time to
heal. If you can do cardio with no additional swelling, then burn
calories and be patient. It will take at least 6 months to see the final
results.
