Recently had flank/abd tumescent lipo. Everything seems fine but there is one spot below and to the left of my naval that irks.

I got flank/abd lipo 4 days ago so I know it's soon to tell but this problem area below my naval and slightly to the left doesn't feel like bruising or swelling. It feels just like fat that could have been removed. Doc said to take 1-3 months for final result but I'm almost positive this isn't swelling or busing but simply fat that should have been taken out. Thanks for any advice! Btw. how long after lipo can I hit the stationary bike? I want to work out! :)

The skin redrapes fairly quickly, especially when compression garments are worn. Excess fluid build-up can interfere with that and exercise in the involved areas too early can also interfere.

Numbness is present when swelling is present, and you are not even 3 weeks out from surgery so you will still have a fair amount of swelling. It takes about 6 months to completely heal and have all the swelling subside with liposuction. Most have normal sensation by the third month.
