Columella strut problems, are there any procedure that can finally fix this very annoying problem?

I am a year post op 3 total rhinoplasties. After my second rhinoplasty my columella strut started to move around wiggle be mobile and click. I got a second revision and had it shortened and sutured. Now the strut is still moving around clicking and grinding and causing discomfort and pain..sometimes a burning sensation...it feels loose and mobile..hard to explain...is there any procedure that can finally fix this very annoying problem?

Difficult to say without examination. A strut can usually be sutured to the lower end of the septum to better stabilize it. This can typically be done under local anesthesia.

I rarely use columellar struts because of the problems patients have with these grafts. There are other approaches to fix columellar position and tip projection. I recommend you see an experienced revision rhinoplasty specialist.
