My rhinoplasty was done well, but at the time I insisted on a small change/no one to notice, just moderate refinement. Now I wish I did more. I also have scar tissue above the tip at 7 months. My nose tip is still wideish and round, and my profile isn't great, but it's my fault not his for asking to keep some width and have no curve/sharpness to it. Could this and the scar tissue be addressed with a revision with the same surgeon since it isn't botched just too conservative? Or a different dr?
