Diastases with ventral wall hernia, mesh, skin excision and lipo - what can I expect?

Hi! I have diastases recti and a ventral wall hernia. The general surgeon will repair the diastasis and the hernia and will use mesh. The plastic surgeon will do the skin excision and lipo. I am concerned because I’ve seen some patients who had hernias and diastases end up looking like they are still pregnant even post surgery. What are the type of results I should expect given all that I’ve listed is being done during the surgery?
