Hello, hope you are well! This is an interesting problem. Looking at your eyes, the first thing that I notice is that you have a more prominent supratarsal (upper eyelid) crease on the right side (left side of the photo). Then I notice that your brow position is lower on that side. So, the underlying issue appears to be unilateral brow ptosis which causes a more closed appearance of the eye. If you push the skin of your forehead up a few millimeters it will reduce the crease and make your eyes appear more symmetric. We accomplish this surgically with a brow lift. There are a number of techniques, but my preferred approach is an endoscopic brow lift. It is a relatively straightforward procedure performed through small incisions in the hairline.
