Vaping before lower blepharoplasty?

I’m at healthy 22 year old male. I’ve been vaping for 2 years, and I just quit. However, I’m scheduled to have a lower blepharoplasty in two weeks. I’m worried about wound healing and specifically tissue necrosis. Do you think I’ll be okay to have the procedure and recover smoothly?
