I am 27 years old and had tummy tuck 10 months ago. Everything was going smooth until about 9 months post op I went paddling where I paddled and carried the paddling board for a few kilometers. The same day I got swelling/bulge where I used to have after surgery but had resolved and flattened. It has gone down a bit since but is still very visible. I did ultrasound and no fluid was detected. I am very concerned. Have I ruined/raptures my result at 9 months post op and will I need another surgery

You can go to your primary care physician and ask for an ultrasound to see if you have a small hernia. I would avoid abdominal exercises for now until this is ruled out.
Yes, the scar can be revised to make it smaller and micro-needling can be started about 6 weeks later to encourage it to heal nicely. Scar products can also be used.
