Dr. Karcher and her assistant, Gabrielle, are seriously the best! The whole vibe at their office is super calming which instantly puts you at ease. I recently completed three sessions of SecretPro RF microneedling and have also gotten lip filler and Jeuveau there. I had a series of Fraxel laser treatments with Lynn a couple of years ago to address hyperpigmentation and texture issues with my very oily, adult-acne-prone skin, and was extremely pleased and impressed with the result. I'd dealt with frequent breakouts since my teen years, and after starting Rx testosterone in my early 30s, the situation was not improved - in addition to frequent breakouts, I also had very large pores, some mild scarring, and a bit of sun damage, dispite using sunblock daily. We did three sessions - one deep, one more superficial, and one half-and-half, to get both the rejuvenation and resurfacing benefits from the laser. Fraxel does sting a bit, but the discomfort is well managed with numbing gel prior to treatment - and I looked blotchy, then a bit scaly for a couple of days post-zap, but the improvement to both the texture and overall quality of my skin was noticeable almost immediately. It worked so well, I haven't needed any further treatments since.

I saw Nurse Lynn and could not be happier with the results! She’s super attentive and makes you feel very comfortable. The treatment itself was very smooth and painless. She had such a precise and artistic approach, enhancing my features in a way that looks natural and defined.
