Will 280cc corse Motiva round look natural? (Photo)

Question

I'm 36, 164cm 45kg 75A. My surgeon is suggesting 280cc corse round motiva but I'm worried it might be too big also not sure round would look natural. He said it'll work best for fuller look and will also mimic my natural breasts roundness (when I was breastfeeding). Advice?

Motiva also makes an Ergonomix implant which may be more natural.  The Ergonomix has a slightly different gel which assumes an anatomic or teardrop shape with less roundness in the upper pole.

Thank you for your question.  Based on my experience, NO, a very high profile, firm cohesivity implant will not look natural on you.  You are a small, slender person with a tight breast and the implant will look decidedly augmented.   Which is not to say that it won't look good, only that it will definitely look like you have implants.  If you wanted a more natural look, you could drop down to a Full profile, maybe a 255 or 275 if you like the 280cc volume, and I'd recommend the softer Ergonomix gel.  Keep in mind that with your build, any decent size implant is going to look augmented, but a smaller, lower profile, softer gel implant would be a good option. Does your surgeon have a Vectra or other 3D imaging?  That can be very helpful when choosing implants. Hope this is helpful!

Thank you for your questions and photographs. Motiva implants are available in smooth/nano-textured surfaces. Based on my experience, as well as that of many colleagues, it's important to note that highly projected smooth implants carry a higher risk of rotation over time, potentially up to 180 degrees.

Motiva offers several styles, including mini (low projection), demi (moderate projection), full (full projection), and corse (extra projected).

If your goal is to achieve a natural appearance, I recommend discussing with your surgeon the option of choosing a demi or full projected implant. It might also be beneficial to consult with at least two surgeons to gain a broader understanding of your options and ensure you make the right decision.
