Is a facelift possible for a 30 year old?

I am a 30 year old women, who had a lot of treatments of hyaluronidase in the past (removed 20 ml hyaluron two years ago). After that i had a treatment with pdo double screw threads in my cheeks, because of sagging from the hyaluronidase damage. I had an allergic reaction from the pdo threads and infecction. Now, 1 year and 5 month after that, my skin looks more normal but i still see the change. I do look older then my age, i want to look younger. Am i a good candidate for a facelift ?
