1720 nm laser for sebaceous hyperplasia?

A 2012 study from Scripps found that a "novel 1720 nm laser" was highly effective in treating sebaceous hyperplasia, in that it selectively targeted the sebaceous glands. Is there a clinic or doc that is using this specific laser for multiple SH treatment? Thank you.
