Answer: Rhinoplasty It's not uncommon to experience some changes in your smile after rhinoplasty surgery, particularly if the procedure involved changes to the nasal tip or the position of the septum. However, it's difficult to make an accurate assessment of your situation without a physical examination. That being said, if you're concerned about your smile, it's important to follow up with your plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and to have a thorough evaluation of your smile and facial expressions. Your surgeon can help determine if any changes in your smile are related to your rhinoplasty surgery or if they are due to other factors. It's also worth noting that swelling can take up to a year or more to fully resolve following rhinoplasty surgery, so it's possible that some of the changes you're experiencing may be related to ongoing healing. However, your plastic surgeon can help determine the best course of action based on your individual situation and help you achieve the best possible outcome. Best of luck !
