I am a male in my early 20s who is considering surgery. I have always been uncomfortable with my face and self-conscious of my weak profile and facial asymmetry. I did research and found out I am a mouth breather with recessed facial growth. I consulted with various specialists, and the general consensus is that I have facial asymmetry and breathing issues. I am still unsure what is the ideal route for me. Should I opt for jaw surgery, rhinoplasty, genioplasty, or some combination of these?
