I wanted to get a 2nd sliding genioplasty. There is 1 concern that i currently have, a sliding genioplasty made the chin look more pointy (I am a Male). My desire is to have a wider chin and projection My doctor has told me that we could use bio-oss to give the chin more width. But i have not found alot of topics on this or information. Should i opt for a sliding or chin augmentation? Can a chin augmentation give me a small vertical projection?
