Chronic lymphedema after arm lift (2020). What type of procedure is needed to correct these problems? (Photos)

Hello, I'm a 39 year old woman, ht 5'ft 4'in, iI weight about 185 pounds. In 2020 I had arm lift ( scar goes from elbow through armpit). I have been dealing with swelling in right hand and arm since surgery. In 2021 I had scar revision but it didn't help with edema. Conservative measures no longer help. I've tried PT, lymphatic massages, compression garments and compression device. My ultrasound was normal, X+tay showed edema in right hand, and my nuclear medicine lymphoscintigraphy was normal without evidence of lymphatic flow obstruction. The swelling in my hand seems to be getting worst. My PT suggested LVA procedure . Is the LVA the right procedure or should I be looking into something else?
