Thank you for your question whether your belt lipectomy correction is possible. Basically, in plastic surgery most things are correctable. However, towards the end of plastic surgical corrections, there is a law of diminishing returns. That means with each correction, the overall improvement gets less and less. For you, however, it is way too early to determine if you will need any corrections. You are not even three months from your prior surgery. I would suggest you wait another three months, therefore, six months after your initial procedure, and then reassess. Often, the incision and scars can be revised and corrected. However, if you look the same in three months, I would then suggest liposuction for correction of fat excess above the scar. However, I truly believe, by waiting another three months, you will NOT need any corrections whatsoever. Good luck.
