Hello, thank you for question regarding what to do with your body after a 360 circumferential lower body lift. Congratulations on your significant weight loss history of 120 pounds! Considering your weight loss history and surgery, I think you have excellent results. You have two areas of concern: 1) fat above the superior iliac crest and 2) fat at the saddlebag. If you want more of a silhouette, I would suggest VASER liposuction of the superior iliac crest. If you wish a reduction of your saddlebags, liposuction of your saddlebags can also be performed. However, your plastic surgery needs to be careful not to suction too much fat as this may result in loose outer thigh skin. If this happens, you would need a repeat hip lift/reduction. All in all, I would proceed with VASER liposuction, but the majority of fat needs to be removed from your superior iliac crests and not necessarily the saddlebags. If too much is removed from your saddlebags, your body shape will become more masculine. I hope that I have answered your questions regarding what to do after your lower body lift to achieve more of a silhouette. I specialize in reconstructive plastic surgery after weight loss.
