After my lower body lift my saddlebags are far more noticeable and I was left with a significant hip dip on my left side and a moderate hip dip on my right side. I'm hoping to correct the hip dips that weren't there before and get a smoother silhouette. Lost 120 lbs naturally, completed lower body lift, about 6 months out of surgery. Previously had an hourglass shape and really want to get that back. Also had an arm and side of chest lift during LBL surgery.

Answer: Revision of lower body lift It is impossible to predict every little detail when performing such an extensive procedure as lower body lift. Scarring, retraction of tissue will create certain asymmetry that may need to be corrected in next procedure. We usually recommend waiting at least 12 months until result matures and stabilizes so residual deformity is well defined. It appears that combination of liposuction and fat transfer should be considered including areas of middle and lateral thighs. Good luck.

Answer: Liposuction and fat transfer I think with some liposuction of your saddlebags and maybe a bit of suction of inner thighs and knees, this would slim your legs a bit. This fat can be transferred to your hip dips to smooth the silhouette. Overall congrats on the weight loss and nice LBL. Good luck.
