I understand it's legal in my state for nurse practioners to run a practice. I've been seeing a RN injector for several years now who has a great deal of experience in dermal fillers. They emphasize medical training as part of the practice, but I recently read that it's risky to see someone without oversight by a plastic surgeon. Safety is a top concern for me so I wanted to get a professional opinion about seeing a nurse practioner in a practice run by RNs exclusively.
