My Dr. said 24 hours after my Botox Treatment i could exercise. The Botox is Azzalure. I need to know it is safe in this period of time? I am here for a second, third opinion.

Yes, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Skintyte is an option. I like fillers to this area in combination with lasers, J Plasma, ultherapy, rf treatments or microneedling/PRP. I suggest seeing an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

May take at least 2 weeks & upto a month to see appreciable difference.  The key is # units & placement of Botox.  So, be sure to follow up with your injector. Best wishes, Dr B

So sorry to hear about your acne.  Botox did not cause this directly.  But any kind of stress on skin can activate acne.  Please continue to follow your acne skin regimen.  Consider laser light therapy or Salicylic peels to step up your treatment. Best Wishes  Dr B

People occasionally feel spasms after botox as new neuromuscular recruitment occurs. They should be very brief and do not generally present as problematic for most patients.
