24 hours after Botox can I exercise. The Botox is Azzalure.

My Dr. said 24 hours after my Botox Treatment i could exercise. The Botox is Azzalure. I need to know it is safe in this period of time? I am here for a second, third opinion.

Yes, in my opinion, I would agree with the physician who treated you in that it would be safe to exercise 24 hours after a Botox treatment.

Yes, you can workout 24 hours after Botox. It can take up to 2 weeks for final results with Botox. Hope this helps.

We also instruct our patients to not exercise for 24 hours. After this it is completely okay! The reason we recommend no exercise is to prevent unwanted spread of the product to surrounding muscles that were not intended to be relaxed. The straining and possible up and down motions that come along with exercise may increase the risk of that happening, potentially affecting the treatment outcome. Best of luck!
