What Norwood class am I? I'm using Propecia and Minoxidil will this help me? (Photo)

You are around 3 on Norwood scale. Minoxidil will help, but if you use minoxidil with finasteride than it will be better.

from the pics you look like Norwood II....do use propecia 1mg daily for at least 12 to 18 months along with 5% minoxidil twice a day..PRP is another very effective treatment to combine with these medication with a very promising results...

It is difficult to assess Norwood class without a physical exam, but I would classify you as Norwood Class 3. Propecia and Rogaine are great at significantly slowing down further hair loss, and can help regrow a little, especially after long-term use. You can consult a hair loss specialist to discuss other options (minimally invasive as well as surgical) that can help regrow hair.

You have what appears to be an early Class 3 pattern of balding. Remember that balding is a progressive process so see a doctor and develop a plan

It appears from the photograph that you have a good tuft in the front with thinning at the sides and further back into the mid scalp area. Minoxidil and Finasteride (Propecia) help with with crown thinning and sometimes in the mid-scalp. Do your research well if you would like a hair transplant procedure.
