Minoxidil won't help the existing hair grow faster, but it helps the areas that are suffering from lack of hair. If you have a burn on your scalp PRP or finasteride can help as well. It is better if you see a hair expert first.

During pregnancy you can get steroid shots, do light therapy, and get PRP and A cell stem cell therapy.  However, if this is stress related nothing will really help till the stress is removed.  Best, Dr. Emer.

There are a few limited reports that conclude  that vitamin E oil can increase scalp circulation. In my opinion, the FDA approved medications as well as low level laser therapy would be more effective. Find a hair loss expert who can devise a treatment plan. PRP hair MD.com
